Step 1. - INTIAL CONSULTATION

Are you ready to start planning your escape? …Let us help!
During this complimentary consultation we will discuss destination, travel dates, price point, who will be traveling with you and what type of experience you are looking to have. After the details are shared, we will assess the fees associated with hiring our agency to get started on planning your trip. Planning fees start at $350 USD.

Step 2. - CURATE & PLAN

This is where we get to play “matchmaker”! Based on the requests shared during our consultation we research the options that are the best fit for your desired experience.

Step 3. - REVIEW & RESERVE

After your review and approval of your personalized proposal, we utilize our industry partners to reserve your reservations and create payment plans if necessary. Our goal is always the best is provide the best value to our clients.

Step 4. - STAY CONNECTED

After your reservations have been made, we keep the lines of communication open with our clients in the days, weeks and months leading up to travel. We can be reached via email, phone and Whatsapp during business hours. In addition, we schedule a Pre-Departure Call where we will discuss about what to expect during your travels, answer any final questions and review travel documents.

Pricing

For custom travel services we charge a non-refundable planning fee starting at $350 per trip. This includes up to 4 hours of research and design time, with payment finalized before we begin working on your itinerary. Additional hours or a la carte concierge services start from $100 per hour.

In order for us to get to know you better as a future client, we would like to meet with you for a complimentary 30-minute consultation to ensure that we are the right fit for your custom travel needs. During the consultation, we thoroughly discuss the destination, accommodation options, travel preferences, financial investment based on your desired experience, and any additional ideas you may have in mind.
